The Light of Zion Ministries is an assignment that God has called forth.  It is a prayer-based ministry that edifies the body of Christ through soul winning, teaching, and training the saints for the work of the ministry.

In a vision, God showed me a huge light that reflected over the horizon of a hill.  As I stood at the top of the hill beckoning for the people to come to the light, it seemed that people extended for miles, briskly walked up the road coming out of darkness into the light.  The facial expressions were set so intensely on making it to the light.  They came: families, singles, old, young, different races into the light.  I was one used as a guide to the light, Jesus is the Light.

Under the umbrella of The Light of Zion Ministries is The Women of Zion Ministry.  This ministry addresses vital area of spiritual growth and the development of who women are in Christ Jesus.

To accomplish the vision, the following means will be implemented:

           Prayer Covering – A team of prayer warriors will be raised that will                   keep alive an active prayer chain:  praying the Word of God.

           Patchwork Quilt – God showed me, that the remnant people of                         God will be knitted together like a patchwork quilt (from county to county)

           and act as a prayer covering for their local communities, city, state, nation

           and world.  Also they will be knitted together covering one another’s needs.

           Deliverance Ministry – God’s people will be freed through prayer                      and teaching the uncompromising Word of God.

           Soul Winning – We will train the saints to become effective soul                        winners.

           Outreach Ministry – We will develop and equip the saints to become

           victorious over-comers, and Christian examples and become effective in                      leading others to Jesus.  We believe that they will be equipped to minister in                nursing homes, hospitals, and prisons, as well  as in their local communities,                winning souls to the Kingdom of God.
